Brick by Brick Goaltending will be offering weekly summer dryland training sessions that will focus on off-season athletic development for goalies! Each session, goalies will go through specific mobility, warm-up, speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), strength, conditioning and a post-session cool down. Week-to-week  goalies will be educated on how to take their performance to the next level by implementing proper nutrition and recovery practices.

  • Weekly 1 hour in-person dryland training

  • Group Training

  • Focus on mobility, warm up, movement, SAQ, strength, conditioning and cooldown

  • Take home mobility program, nutrition and recovery resources

6pm- U-15 & older

7pm- U-14 & younger
