GOALIE-SPECIFIC DRYLAND CLASSES
Brick by Brick Goaltending will be offering weekly summer dryland training sessions that will focus on off-season athletic development for goalies! Each session, goalies will go through specific mobility, warm-up, speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), strength, conditioning and a post-session cool down. Week-to-week goalies will be educated on how to take their performance to the next level by implementing proper nutrition and recovery practices.
